3. Journal Content and Confidentiality

Your journal entries, voice recordings, transcripts, attachments and career information are private by default.

We use this information to provide the Workish features you request. We do not use your private journal content for advertising.

Please do not upload trade secrets, confidential employer information or confidential client information unless you have permission to do so.

4. Voice recordings, transcripts and AI features

When you submit a voice recording, we may process it to create a transcript and save it to your Workish account.

When you request an AI summary, relevant information from your entries may be processed by an AI service provider to provide that summary.

We aim to send only the information needed to provide the requested feature. AI generated content may contain errors, so you should review it before relying on it for a performance review, salary discussion, job application or other important decision.

Workish does not make employment decisions about you and does not determine your suitability for a job.

5. How we share your information

We may share limited information with:
